The Plymouth Arts Center’s Holiday Membership Exhibition will be on display beginning Friday, November 22nd, however, be sure to mark your calendar for the festive holiday open house reception which will be held two weeks later on Friday, December 6th from 5pm to 7:30pm with an awards ceremony at 6pm. The reception is free and open to the public. Enjoy live musical entertainment by the Malone/Sucherman Duo performing A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS plus other holiday favorites. Complimentary appetizers and desserts will be served along with a cash bar. The show runs through Friday, January 10th, 2025.
Artist Bonnita Budysz is the judge for this year’s Membership Exhibition. The following awards will be presented at the opening reception: Best of Show, First through Third Place and Merit Awards. We also honor the memory of our dear friend of the Arts, Robert Heuel, with the presentation of the Robert Heuel, O.P.A. About the Judge: Bonnita’s highly acclaimed, internationally awarded paintings are widely exhibited and sought after by private and corporate collectors, fine galleries, and museums alike and consistently garner prestigious awards at the American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, and the Pastel Society of the West Coast. International Artist Magazine, American Artist, Art of the West, Plein Air Magazine, and Wisconsin Trails chose to showcase her work and inspired way of going. As founder of the ecologically sensitive plein air painting group Water’s Edge Artists, and with the launch of the Water Dance Project, she continues to champion conservation issues. She shares her love of art by conducting popular workshops; by exhibiting locally, nationally and internationally, and by demonstrating and lecturing at prestigious learning institutions worldwide.

Gallery 110 North is located in the Plymouth Arts Center, 520 E. Mill Street, downtown Plymouth, Wisconsin. Regular gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday 10AM to 4PM and Saturday and Sunday, 1-3PM. Closed on Mondays and Holidays. Admission to the gallery is always free. Guests are invited to visit the Gift Shop featuring the artwork of PAC Members. ‘Tis the season to celebrate Christmas with the sound of tubas! These wonderful big brass instruments will take center stage to spread holiday cheer as the Plymouth Arts Center presents “Tuba Christmas,” Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 9:30pm. The PAC is delighted to host this beloved holiday tradition that has been held at 52 Stafford for 35 years. In addition to an evening of heartwarming holiday music, guests will enjoy a delectable buffet catered by Ronna and Patrick O’Toole from The Fig and The Pheasant Catering/Moxie Coffee and Wine Café.

The annual Sartori Big Cheese Drop is nationally lauded as one of the country’s quirkiest New Year’s Eve traditions. This year marks our 18th annual event as we celebrate Plymouth, WI, the official Cheese Capital of the World. Over the past 17 years, the event has drawn thousands of visitors as the community comes together to welcome the new year. The highlight of the event is marked by a countdown and the lowering of a giant wedge of Sartori’s world award-winning BellaVitano® Gold Cheese at 10pm. The event is sponsored by the Sartori Company.
