Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend at the Plymouth Arts Center in beautiful downtown Plymouth Friday and Saturday, March 13-14, 2020. Shake off those winter blues and anticipate Spring with all things Green while enjoying “Shamrocks & Shenanigans,” An Irish Music Show. Plymouth own’s Irish Lass, Ms. Mary Calvey, is the director of this ever-popular show. Now celebrating 15 consecutive years, this fun show focuses on a wide selection of Irish melodies, including lovely ballads and pub songs and a wee bit o’ laughter thrown in. You don’t have to be Irish to appreciate this show! Bring your friends and family members and listen to your favorite Irish songs. Appreciate Irish dancing. Laugh at good Irish jokes. Enjoy some Irish beer at the cash bar. There is sure to be something that everyone will love in this show.
Show times are Friday, March 13th at 7:30pm and Saturday, March 14th at 2pm and at 7:30pm. Join us for this fantastic two-day self-guided tour of the greater Sheboygan County area artist’s private studios, galleries, and boutiques. Spend a day or the weekend! It’s a rare opportunity for an up-close-and-personal arts experience, as some of the private studios are only open to the public during this once a year special event. Admission is free courtesy of our generous sponsors! Tour hours on Friday are 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
Wisconsin professional artists and residents for whom fine art is an avocation, are invited to submit entries for Gallery 110 North’s 25th Annual Juried Exhibit, “Alive in the Arts.” Artists must be 18 years and over to enter. Open to all two and three-dimensional fine art media including, but not limited to, pastel, painting, sculpture, graphite, drawing, photography, fiber, ceramics, metal, glass, wood, paper, jewelry, leather, printmaking and mixed media.
