Mastering Mill Street Live 2019

Mastering Mill Street is a week long summer camp that helps young performers enhance their singing, dancing, and performance skills. Working with Tricia Roberts, students will get to learn new techniques and build confidence in preparation for opening that week’s MSL performance! Get a taste of what it’s like to be on stage or build your skills to prepare for an upcoming audition!

2019 Summer Details:

Week One: July 8-12th, 2019 — 10:00-12:00pm — Grades 2-6 Students will perform with cast on Friday, July 12th. Please arrive at 6:30pm for the 7:30pm show!

Week Two: July 15-19, 2019 — 10:00-12:00pm — Grades 7-10 Students will perform with cast on Friday, July 19th. Please arrive at 6:30pm for the 7:30pm show!

Please bring water, a pencil, and a lot of energy! Athletic attire suggested Tuition: $40 per student. This includes 10+ hours of instruction & MSL show ticket! Download the Registration Sheet for this class - HERE

Meet the Teacher

Tricia Roberts

The Plymouth Arts Center welcomes Tricia Roberts as our new Education Coordinator. As the PAC Education Coordinator, Tricia will oversee all education programs including the recruitment of teachers and volunteers. Her vision is to build upon the strong presence of the Plymouth Arts Center in the greater area by creating new learning opportunities for adults, children, and families and by expanding community partnerships. A Sheboygan native, Tricia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lakeland College. She most recently taught English at Oostburg High School and continues to direct the OHS Theatre program, where she teaches acting skills, vocal technique, and dance; develops and works closely with the creative team of musicians, vocal directors, set designers, and more.

Outside her work as an educator and coordinator, Tricia is an actress, singer, dancer and choreographer. She has been involved as a performer, director, and choreographer for the “Mill Street Live” Summer Music Series at the PAC for nearly ten years. She has enjoyed volunteering for the Big Brothers Big Sisters/Sheboygan and for the Plymouth Arts Center.

Learn about Roxane and her unique mixed media artwork which is currently on display in the “Go Figure” exhibition by the Wisconsin Visual Artists-Southeast Chapter in Gallery 110 North. Enjoy a complimentary appetizer. Cash bar. Exhibition will be on display through Friday, April 26 only.

Summer Art Camps for Grades 5-8 with instructor Liz Higgins. Class time is: 10:30 am to Noon. This is an art project based day camp where each student can explore the process of the art concept selected for each session, to create fun and imaginative masterpieces.
