Session Four: Apr 27, 1-2:30 Learn how to draw Cartoons; Session Five: May 25 1-2:30 Art Journals
Grades 3-6 welcome, (younger with instructor permission) $20 per student. All supplies included! Registration required. A project-based class, join local SASD art teacher, Mary, as she helps you create fun, whimsical, and imaginative creations! Supplies are included and you’ll take home your masterpieces at the end of class! Sign up for your favorite medium, or come to learn something new! Pre-registration is required to have supplies ready. Students in grades 3-6 are welcome to sign up (younger students with instructor approval). Classes are $20 per class, or $90 for all 5 classes. Every 4th Saturday in Jan-May from 1-2:30pm. See registration form below for projects!

Mary Starnitcky has worked as an award-winning artist and educator for the past 30 years. Graduating from UW Stout, and with her master’s from National Louis University, Mary’s work has been on exhibit in Sheboygan and Madison. She also has been involved with many local organizations including Girl Scouts, 4-H and Love Bowls. She believes, “Students have so much to offer in a variety of the arts, they just need a little guiding hand to let it out.”

Join us for this fantastic complimentary Gallery Walk and Talk with Wisconsin Visual Artist Roxane Mayeur. Learn about Roxane and her unique mixed media artwork which is currently on display in the “Go Figure” exhibition by the Wisconsin Visual Artists-Southeast Chapter in Gallery 110 North. Enjoy a complimentary appetizer. Cash bar. Exhibition will be on display through Friday, April 26 only.

Summer Art Camps for Grades 5-8 with instructor Liz Higgins. Class time is: 10:30 am to Noon. This is an art project based day camp where each student can explore the process of the art concept selected for each session, to create fun and imaginative masterpieces.
