ANYONE CAN LEARN TO DRAW!-BEGINNER’S CLASS INTRODUCING OUR NEW INSTRUCTOR ARTIST CURTIS NEWMAN

The Beginner’s Drawing Class will be held Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 9:00-11:00am. (There will be a short break at 10:00am) Class Fee is: $28 ($25 for PAC members) For Ages 16 and older. All supplies are included! No experience required. Pre-registration is required by September 23rd.Curtis said, “No matter what your experience level is or what talent you think you lack, I’ll get you started to see things differently and begin drawing what you see. Don’t worry, we’ll start really easy and build from that! Drawing is a great pastime, hobby and an incredible way to empower yourself to express yourself, communicate with others and study everything around you! See you there!”

Meet the Teacher

Curtis Newman

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Curtis Newman now resides in Kiel, WI. He paints with oil, watercolors & acrylic paints including digital media. Curtis delights in exploring different techniques and subject matter, particularly subjects that invoke tranquility and a peaceful environment. Illustrating books is another endeavor he enjoys to complement the wonderful stories written by creative and entertaining authors! He majored in Illustration at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and has been illustrating professionally for Harley-Davidson, Usinger Sausage, and German Fest using many mediums, digitally and traditionally. He leads paint parties and conducts classes to share the joys of creating art with others, encouraging people to explore drawing and painting for pleasure, relaxation and to be empowered to overcome challenges!
