“Dia de Muertos” Painting with Mary Starnitcky

Join local SASD retired art teacher, Mary Starnitcky as she helps you create a painting that celebrates a loved one or a special pet and honors the memory of those who are no longer with us.

“Dia de Muertos”- also known as Day of the Dead is a vibrant and colorful celebration that honors deceased loved ones in Mexico. Rather than being a somber occasion, the Day of the Dead is a joyous and festive celebration filled with music, dance, food, and art.
