Summer Art Camp Grades 5-8

Students will dive into exciting projects using materials like clay, wood, paper, fabric and found objects. They will explore techniques such as sculpting, collage, assemblage, and 3-D construction. Each day will be an adventure to think outside the box while learning the fundamentals of form, texture, and design. From whimsical sculptures to mixed media masterpieces, every project is designed to spark curiosity and develop artistic confidence. Students should bring their own water bottle and please provide sunscreen if needed. Some classes will have the opportunity to create art in our outside courtyard, weather permitting.
