In this workshop you will learn how to create interactive pages and pockets to store your favorite mementos in books, journals, or scrapbooks. Would you like to start your first art or nature journal? See how intriguing these embellishments can be to showcase your art and keepsakes. Expand your current scrapbooking or journaling projects in exciting, 3-dimensional ways. Do you want fun new twists on simple DIY paper projects & gifts like seed packets or stationery sets? Join us to discover paper-crafting techniques, where a mix of construction, origami, and scrapbooking beautifully merge! No prior paper-crafting experience is required, and you’ll enjoy quickly progressing using basic supplies. A simple handmade book base will be provided, or you’re welcome to bring in any book or journal that you like. Both new and vintage ephemera will also be supplied for you to work with and take home to include in your journals. You are invited to bring a few of your own mementos to work with, too! Ages 13+. All supplies included!
